Father Christmas and his entertaining elves welcome children to his grotto in the heart of Santa Land from 10am to 6pm every day. There is no pre-purchase or ticketing system, Santa simply meets kids of all ages on a 'first-come first-served basis', treating children who have been very, very good to a special gift and all for FREE!
