Please call 0871 620 7064 to book your tickets and you will receive ONE FREE TICKET across peak and off peak times for your companion for the Ice Rink, Big Top Shows or Giant Wheel.
* A child’s ticket is valid for aged 12 & under and children are not allowed onto the ice unaccompanied.
Family tickets are 2 adults + 2 children or 1 adult + 3 children. Group & school rates only available in advance.
Children under 2 can go on the Wheel or to a Big Top show free of charge provided they will sit on an adults lap.

The rink can operate in almost all weather conditions. Please bring suitable outdoor clothing. Winter Wonderland is an outdoor event and no refunds will be given due to inclement weather. In the unlikely event that the Duty Manager deems it necessary to close the ice rink, alternative sessions will be offered for skating, subject to availability.
There is no admission fee into Winter Wonderland – entry is free and tokens for all rides & attractions can be purchased on the day. The opening times for Winter Wonderland (including Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve) are 10am until 10pm, from 20th November 2010 to 4th January 2011 except for Christmas Day when the event is CLOSED. On 19th November the event is open from 4pm to 10pm.
